Justin Mabunay

My name is Justin Mabunay, owner and Executive Chef of URBN Market Fusion.  We are a family owned fully licensed Micro Enterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MEHKO) in Winchester, California. We were first established in 2016 as a catering company and now operating as URBN Market Fusion.  I have been cooking professionally for over 14 years and am beyond blessed that I can pursue my dream and share my passion and experience through my food.  Can’t wait to share with y’all!
